Atal Incubation Centre (AIC), Banasthali Vidyapith is inviting applications for the position of Assistant Manager – Programs & Partnerships. Looking for a suitable candidate passionate about startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship and aspire to contribute to India's startup ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Develop relationships with Investors, Corporates, Industry, and work on bringing CSR.
• Manage day-to-day operations of incubation activities and ensure the smooth execution of programs. Lead programs if required.
• Coordinate with internal teams, startups, mentors, and external stakeholders for successful program implementation.
• Monitor the progress of incubated startups and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Support startup outreach, partnership development, and ecosystem-building initiatives.
• Any other incubation related work.

 Eligibility Criteria:

• B.Tech with MBA is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in incubators, accelerators, startup ecosystems, CSR, consulting, or corporate partnerships
