• Building plans around strategy, goals, budget & event functioning.
• Developing policies to manage the internal team & their smooth functioning.
• Facilitate meetups, discussions of all the division heads to plan the event.
• Keep track of all the resources, budget & maintain it.

• Has a keen eye to pick out facilitators, speakers & founders to be invited for multiple event launches.
• Good networking & outreaching skills to bring speakers to the campus.

• Organizing & managing awareness drives in the campus for E-Cell activities.
• Has a keen sense of Social Media & how to market yourself well.
• Analyzing & evaluating marketing drive’s results to make necessary changes.
• Designing social media engagement strategies.
• Have good management & communication skills.

• Provide a creative vision to the whole team & execute them smoothly.
• Have a keen sense of what looks good & should be posted on SM of E-Cell Banasthali Vidyapith.
• Should be familiar with at least 1 editing software to design good creatives & develop a theme for E-Cell.
• Responsible for designing posters, creatives, standees, & every other design needed for Events & activities in E-Cell.
• Should be up for taking charge, leading teams, committing time & thinking out of the box in order to create the best.

• Conceptualizing and Executing brand integration strategies having a myriad target group (Students + Faculties + Research Scholars + Entrepreneurs + Corporates)
• Conceptualizing & implementing various initiatives to help students, aspiring entrepreneurs & professionals in their entrepreneurial journey.
• Overall coordination with the teams & helping them function smoothly.
• Having good communication skills, negotiation skills & networking skills.
• Should work closely with E-Cell Faculty Coordinator
